1. Shipping Timeframes
We offer two types of products, each with its own shipping timeframe:
a. Products with Stock on Hand:

Shipping will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of your order.

Once shipped, the duration and delivery times are the sole responsibility of the chosen logistics company.
b. Preorder Items for Crowdfunding Campaign:

These items are not in stock and are part of our crowdfunding campaign.

Shipping will be processed within 18-24 business days from the date of your order.

2. Lost Parcels
In the rare event of a lost parcel during transit, we will take the following steps:

We will work closely with the chosen logistics company to try to locate the lost parcel.

If the parcel is deemed 100% lost and unrecoverable, JDF will take responsibility for the items and provide a suitable resolution.

For high-value shipments, we may purchase insurance on the parcel to protect against loss during transit. The cost of the insurance will be charged back to the customer.
3. Address Accuracy
It is essential that you provide accurate and complete shipping information, including your delivery address and contact details. JDF is not responsible for delays, wrong deliveries, or other issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
4. Tracking Your Order
For your convenience, we provide tracking information for your orders whenever possible. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.
5. International Shipping
