b. Receive RA Number:
Once your return request is approved, you will receive an RA number and detailed return instructions.
c. Pack Your Items:
Securely package the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging, along with the RA number.
d. Ship the Return:
Ship the return package to the address provided with your RA number. Ensure the package is adequately insured and tracked.
4. Inspection and Refund
Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. If the return is approved:
For items returned within the stipulated time frame and in their original condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Shipping costs and handling fees are non-refundable.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the unwanted item as per this Return Policy and place a new order for the replacement item.
