Do I have to pay for the rental ring?

No. The rental ring is free when you choose any of our engagement ring packages. Just purchase the most basic package with full payment and you are entitled for the ring proposal rental.

How long do I get to keep the rental ring?

You have up to 30 days from the time you receive it to return the ring. That gives you plenty of time to plan your proposal. After she says “Yes”, just bring it back when you come in to choose her forever ring together.

Will I go over budget if she chooses a different style?

No. We only have 3 fixed price tiers. If you choose from our existing designs, the price is locked. No surprises.
If you’d like to upgrade the diamond, the upgrade prices are also pre-set and transparent. You’ll always know exactly what you’re paying before you decide.

What if we still can’t find a design she loves in your catalogue?

Don’t worry. We can customize the ring just for her. And even with customization, you’ll get fair, factory-direct pricing without any retail markups and no hidden costs.

How fast can I get the rental ring?

We deliver in 3 working days or faster, so you’ll have it in time for your proposal.

Is the rental ring nice enough for the proposal?

Absolutely. Our rental rings are crafted to the exact same designs we offer in gold and diamonds. 

 

The only difference is the material: silver with diamond simulants instead of 18K gold and lab diamonds.

 

Each rental piece is made with the same craftsmanship and attention to detail as our fine jewellery  ensuring it looks stunning in photos, sparkles beautifully, and is more than sufficient for a memorable, romantic proposal.

What if the rental ring gets damaged or lost?

We understand accidents happen. Minor scratches are no issue. If the ring is lost, we’ll only charge a RM200 replacement feel. No inflated penalties.
